Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Amex Layover Display browser extension, the website at travel.cybria.net, and all related services provided by Cybria Enterprises LLC ("Cybria", "we", "our", "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Amex Layover Display is an independent browser extension that reads flight search data already present on pages under amextravel.com and displays additional layover information locally, in your own browser. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored, or maintained by American Express Company, American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., or any of their affiliates. All third-party trademarks referenced on this website (including "American Express", "Amex", and "Amex Travel") belong to their respective owners and are used nominatively to describe the context in which the extension operates.

2. License grant

Subject to these Terms, Cybria grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on browsers you control, for your own personal or internal business use. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the extension, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension beyond what is allowed by law.
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize the extension without our written permission.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use the extension to violate American Express's Terms of Service or any applicable law.
• Share a Pro license key with other people or on more devices than your plan allows.

3. Free and paid plans

The Service offers a free tier and paid Pro plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe, Inc. By purchasing a paid plan, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Plan features and prices may change from time to time. Material changes to active subscribers will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

3.1 Subscription billing

Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal link in your purchase receipt.

3.2 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro purchases (monthly, annual, and Lifetime). To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Refunds beyond the 14-day window are at our discretion.

3.3 License keys and device limits

Each Pro plan includes a limited number of active devices. You may move license keys between your own devices freely. Attempting to share a license key with other people or to bypass the device limit may result in the license being revoked without a refund.

3.4 Voluntary tips and support

In addition to paid plans, Cybria accepts voluntary tips via card (processed by Stripe) and Bitcoin (BTC) through the support pages of the Service. Tips are gratuities and are not payments for goods or services rendered. Because Cybria Enterprises LLC is a for-profit company, not a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, tips are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions in the United States.

Card tips. Card payments on support pages are handled end-to-end by Stripe, Inc. Cybria does not receive, see, or store your card number, CVC, expiry, or billing details. Card transactions are subject to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy. Refunds for card tips may be issued at Cybria's sole discretion for legitimate concerns (such as an accidental double-submission or unauthorized use of a card). For unauthorized card use, you should also file a dispute with your card issuer.

Bitcoin tips. Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public, immutable blockchain and cannot be reversed, refunded, or recovered once broadcast to the network. You are solely responsible for verifying the recipient address before sending, and for ensuring that you send only Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin mainnet. Cybria has no obligation and no ability to recover funds sent to an incorrect address, sent on an incompatible network (including but not limited to Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin SV, Ethereum, or the Lightning Network), or otherwise lost through user error.

4. Your responsibilities

When you use the Service, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information during checkout.
• Keep your license key and account credentials confidential.
• Use the Service only on browsers and accounts that belong to you.
• Comply with the terms of service of American Express Travel and any other websites you visit while the extension is enabled.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

5. Third-party services

The Service interacts with third-party websites (primarily amextravel.com) and uses third-party providers (Stripe for payments, email delivery providers, hosting providers). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Cybria is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service.

6. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CYBRIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE INFORMATION DISPLAYED (INCLUDING LAYOVER TIMES AND FLIGHT DATA) WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. ALWAYS VERIFY CRITICAL TRAVEL INFORMATION WITH THE UNDERLYING AIRLINE OR BOOKING PROVIDER BEFORE MAKING PURCHASING DECISIONS.

American Express may at any time change the structure of its pages or the data it provides, which may cause the Service to display incorrect information or stop functioning. Cybria is under no obligation to maintain compatibility with any specific version of amextravel.com.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBRIA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, MISSED FLIGHTS, OR INCORRECT BOOKING DECISIONS. CYBRIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CYBRIA FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) USD $50.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, abuse license keys, or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, but the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

9. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at travel.cybria.net/terms.html. Material changes will be announced by updating the "Last updated" date and, for Pro users, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Cybria Enterprises LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cybria regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
